In the unlikely event where goods is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, in its original packaging, for a refund or an exchange, within 48 hrs. from the date on which these goods were delivered. You may avail a full refund of the purchase price if the item is considered fit for resale. Original packaging must be returned with the product for a refund. On evaluation, if we believe that the product cannot be resold as a new product by us, refunds may be lesser than your purchase price or denied entirely. In case the package is damaged on receipt, you must mention the same on the receiving letter and report it to us immediately along with an image of the damaged product.
